Ricky Tejapaibul

Ricky Tejapaibul is Managing Partner at Tech Wildcatters. With 20+ years of investment experience, Ricky is an entrepreneur, startup mentor, and early-stage investor. He has worked in management consulting, investment banking, and corporate finance for Fortune 500 companies including at General Motors as GM emerged from bankruptcy. Leveraging his own multi-cultural experience having grown up and worked in Asia and United States, Ricky aims to dismantle the ethnocentric mindset by encouraging entrepreneurs to think globally and push their boundaries.

Ricky is a computer engineering graduate of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and earned multiple Master’s degrees from Carnegie Mellon University.

Gabriella Draney Zielke

Gabriella Draney Zielke is Co-Founder and Partner Emeritus at Tech Wildcatters. Gabriella started Tech Wildcatters in 2009 as one of the first few accelerators in the world and served as Managing Partner until 2017. Under her leadership, TW received national recognition including by Forbes and MIT as one of the top ranked accelerator programs including #1 for B2B startups. 

Gabriella is a graduate of University of North Texas and earned her MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Petr Stransky is a Global Advisor at Tech Wildcatters. He is currently the CEO & Founder of iCEIBA – Dispute Recovery Platform for Commercial Contracts and Claims using AI & Blockchain to transform the $800 billion market to help small and medium businesses and international trade. He is a business leader and strategic advisor, who has built, grown & advised tech companies for over 20 years across several sectors. He has had several exits, international M&A projects and also led large digital innovation projects in the corporate sector, partnering with several technology vendors and in the last seven years, translating these experiences into the start-up ecosystems in Europe, USA and Asia.

Dr. Narandr Chevangkul

Dr. Narandr Chevangkul is a Global Advisor at Tech Wildcatters. He is an award-winning, Invisalign Certified orthodontist, who owns Denta-Joy’s 12 dental offices, 11 of them located in Thailand, 1 of them located in Cambodia. He is a member of the Thai Association of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, and American Board of Orthodontics. He is an advisor and keynote lecturer at Alignersity and keynote speaker at Japan Academy of Aligner Orthodontics (JAAO).

He is a graduate of Mahidol University and earned his masters from Temple University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Mahidol University.

Grace Hawks is a Senior Associate at Tech Wildcatters where she oversees the TW Training Camp accelerator program. Having joined TW since 2019, Grace has been instrumental in identifying new mentors and providing guidance to founders at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey. She also has prior experience in sports and retail, including with Lululemon and Dallas Cowboys. She has lived in multiple countries including Mexico and in Europe.

Grace is a graduate of University of Texas in Dallas.

Alexa Bagamian

Alexa Bagamian

Alexa Bagamian is an Associate at Tech Wildcatters where she sources and evaluates new deals, provides portfolio company support, and facilitates investor relations. She has an extensive background in financial analysis and modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and marketing in the defense, financial services, and technology industries with Raytheon, Merrill Lynch, and Dun & Bradstreet.

Alexa is a graduate of Northwestern University.
