Thank you for your interest in becoming a Tech Wildcatters sponsor.  Each of our sponsors are selected based on their support of the Dallas startup community.

Annual Sponsorships

Tera Level Sponsorship (1 available) – $20,000 per year

Tera level sponsors receive the most prominent placement on the Tech Wildcatters web site. In addition, they receive general recognition throughout the program and at both Pitch Days, as well as at annual reunions and other community events. Tera sponsors are invited to have up to three representatives at any Pitch Day event.  Finally, Tera sponsors are asked to participate in one Speaker Series per class.

Giga Level Sponsorship (2 available) – $10,000 per year

Giga level sponsors receive prominent placement on the Tech Wildcatters web site. In addition, they receive general recognition throughout the program and at both Pitch Days. Giga sponsors are invited to have up to two representatives at any Pitch Day event.

Mega Level Sponsorship (5 available) – $5,000 per year

Mega level sponsors receive placement on the Tech Wildcatters web site. In addition, they receive general recognition throughout the program and at both Pitch Days. Mega sponsors are invited to have one representative at any Pitch Day event.

Service Sponsorships

WI-FI Sponsorship – $2,500 per year

One WI-FI sponsorship is available. WI-FI sponsors will be named on a plaque in the Tech Wildcatters office. Additionally the WI-FI SSID will be named by the sponsor.

Hosting Sponsorship – $2,500 per year

One hosting sponsorship is available.  Hosting sponsors receive “hosted by” placement at the foot of all pages on the Tech Wildcatters website.

Event Sponsorships

Pitch Day Sponsorships – $1,000 (10 available)

Ten sponsorships are available for each Pitch Day event.  Pitch Day sponsors will each receive their logo on the Pitch Day program.  They will also be recognized during the event.  Pitch Day sponsors are invited to have one representative at their sponsored Pitch Day.

Pitch Day Happy Hour Sponsorship – $5,000

Tech Wildcatters holds a post Pitch Day happy hour at a neighboring establishment.  This event is promoted throughout the startup community and will include investors, program mentors, graduating companies, alumni and other local VIP’s.

Media Sponsorships

Session Recap Video - $5,000

Sponsorship of a 3-minute video recapping the teams as they went through the program. This video is a compilation of footage beginning with first pitch that was made to decide what teams made it into the program, all the way to the final days leading up to the Tech Wildcatters pitch day. A 30s ad spot for your company will be placed at the end of the video and played in a loop as attendees at pitch day find their seats. A version of the video will be uploaded to Youtube and posted in the TechWildcatters Blog, with your 30s ad spot forever.

Pitch day is the defining moment for all the companies in the Tech Wildcatters program. We’ll be capturing that energy by interviewing a member of each team on pitch day. This is a professionally hosted, multi-camera interview with each of the 10 companies that went through the program. Your company will get a short, standard ad read by the host (i.e. this video brought to you by…) at the beginning of each of the 10 video interviews, as well as title card with your companies logo. Not only will these go out on the Tech Wildcatter YouTube channel and blog, but they will also be sent out as part of our press kits to a variety of traditional media outlets.
