Mr. Viegut has a 20+ year track record bringing advanced technologies, products and services to market.  He is a seasoned veteran with a demonstrated track record of positioning unique and innovative offerings into new and emerging markets for streamlined product growth, corporate growth and corporate level transactions.

Todd is currently working corporate development activities with a small portfolio of emerging US and Australia based companies.  He takes a hands-on approach to hone product-market fit and position emerging companies in best possible light for success.   Currently Todd is bringing several Australia based technologies to the US in search of larger strategic relationships as well as honing product fit for several early stage startups.

More recently Todd brought NetPriva (WAN Optimization company) to the US while retaining engineering in South Australia, where he facilitated a capital raise and fostered market positioning leading to the sale of NetPriva in late 2008 to a US Headquartered international networking company.

Prior to joining NetPriva, Mr. Viegut was instrumental in cultivating product direction and positioning of yet another South Australian firm in a very hot emerging market space of de-duplication. Mr. Viegut fostered the sale of that pre-revenue company in 2006.

In 2007 Todd co-founded Sports Aptitude, a holding company of several entities (BBIQ, HockeyIQ…) which provide psychological aptitude assessments for professional athletes (NBA, NHL…).

Over the years of his career, Mr. Viegut has held corporate positions with a variety of public and private companies in the capacities of marketing, business development and engineering.

Mr. Viegut holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a MS/MBA in Business Policies and Strategies from the University of Texas.
