Roger Chang is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of One Technologies LP. Bootstrapped in 2000 with less than $1,600 in capital, One Technologies has emerged as a leader in strategic online advertising & customer acquisition and was recently ranked #8 on the Inc 500 fastest growing companies list.

Prior to co-founding One Technologies, Roger was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where he worked with a top security clearance developing cutting-edge technology tools. Roger’s past experience also includes being a technology consultant for Ernst & Young working with clients in the financial and telecommunication industries.

Roger is an entrepreneurial technology hacker and executive. He is the most comfortable bridging the technology and business divide. Roger brings deep experience in building scalable web applications, web analytics, SEO and paid search advertising.

Roger was the valedictorian of the University of Texas at Austin’s Electrical Engineering program where he received a Bachelor of Science. He is an avid Mavericks, Cowboys and Longhorns fan. Roger also enjoys playing basketball and training in mixed martial arts.
