Mubina has over 19 years of management experience in the finance and software solutions industries and 12 years of parallel experience in senior positions with non-profit organizations. She has focused the last 14 years on entrepreneurial and business transformation opportunities in the technology and education sectors and on M&A integration consulting in the oil and gas industry.

Mubina’s experiences in developing technology, heading the operations of a central clearing house, leading projects to determine gaps and implement initiatives to successfully integrate two large financial institutions, and founding a technology company that serves clients in 8 industries allow her to effectively apply her expertise and education across verticals.

During the past 12 years, Mubina has provided consulting and training in the areas of organizational restructuring, integration, business transformation, process management, elearning strategy, workforce development, and development of training content with a focus on efficacy and sustainability.

Since 2002, as founder and CEO of Empowered Training Centre, she has directed the development of a powerful SaaS proprietary infrastructure platform called MILES®, developed strong partner relationships with several accredited and reputed universities and developed over 50 leadership, management, and compliance training workshops that are delivered online to multinational companies through MILES® and other proprietary technologies.

In 1995 Mubina also founded Brilliance Preschool Inc., a not-for-profit (501c3) organization to serve the early childhood education sector.
