Larry is an experienced early-stage investor and entrepreneur with a focus on software and communications businesses. He has been an active venture investor as well as angel investor in the southwest. Larry co-founded Seed Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital partnership where he has been involved in the formation and growth of a variety of technology based businesses over the past 15 years.

He has been a founder, early investor, director/advisor to over 20 early-stage high-technology companies in a variety of markets. Some of his representative past investments include Pavilion Technologies, Inc (acquired by Rockwell Automation), NetSpeed, Inc (Acquired by Cisco), Broadcast.com (IPO/Acquired by Yahoo, YHOO), Genitope, (IPO/GTOP), DTM Corporation (Acquired by 3D Systems, TDSC), AMX (acquired by Duchossois), NetworkCar (Acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds, REY), Amber Networks (Acquired by Nokia, NOK), iBeam Broadcasting (IPO/IBEM) and VocalData, Inc, (Acquired by Tekelec, TKLC).

Currently he is actively involved in the development of MarketChorus, Inc and Netzyn, Inc; both Dallas based software companies and additionally serves as a board member of Content Partners, LLC, a unique entertainment finance company created in 2007.

Prior to launching Seed, he was an investment banker for a regional bank specializing in serving information technology companies with projects that included strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and IPO’s. His early career was spent as a Robotics Engineer, applying emerging hardware and software technologies to automation and optimization of manufacturing processes for aerospace production.

Mr. Goldstein received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida
